Session Controls
- Resident login tied to their account and PIN
- Account balance and approved phone contacts available on screen
- Access to each feature set per facility rules
- Session timeout, reboot, or handoff returns the device to its secure lock screen
Nexus Vantage: fixed access where it is needed
- Wall-mounted, shared-use station for facility lobbies, day pods, and common areas
- Larger display designed for walk-up and supervised shared access
- Runs the same secure Nexus ecosystem with policies configured for shared use
- Provides video visits, messaging, and approved resident services where portable tablets are not assigned
- Requires an individual login and clears the session when the user signs out
Deployment
- Fixed wall-mounted installation in a secured, tamper-resistant enclosure
- Placement selected with the facility for lobbies, day pods, or designated common areas
- Managed and monitored through the same Nexus Facility dashboard as portable tablets
- Available alongside a Nexus Tablet deployment or as a standalone shared-access solution
